Your success is what we at Literary Scout Agency strive for. As a result, there is a no-refund policy for all products. All of our broadcasting services, including hosting and maintenance services, are subject to the agreements listed below.
Our Refund Policy
After obtaining the necessary materials, we must start the broadcasting; thus, you are unable to cancel your order or receive a partial refund. Website designs, press release campaigns, video marketing, photography, social media, SEO work, podcasts, print work, logo creation, content registration, and domain name transfers are all examples of broadcasting services.
Kindly tell us via email at admin@literaryscoutagency.net if you are dissatisfied with your fulfillment specialist and the services provided for any reason. After investigating your complaint, the broadcasting team will decide on a suitable course of action.
Third-Party Policies
The rules and practices of third-party businesses, including but not limited to Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Audible, Amazon, iTunes, and similar firms, are not under the jurisdiction of Literary Scout Agency. As a result, the client bears all liability and risk for the information on any client website(s), including any graphics, images, and social media posts. Since we never proceed with anything without your consent, the client also accepts all risk and liability for any content that Literary Scout Agency posts on any social media platform on the client's behalf. Note that "Literary Scout Agency" reserves the right to alter or amend our cancellation and refund policy.

Within seven days of the purchase receipt, Literary Scout Agency offers partial refunds for their services.
Publishing Services
Editorial services, cover design, data entry, book formatting, book registration, and illustration services are all included in publishing services.
In the event that your publication materials have not been submitted, we provide partial returns. Furthermore, the return policy for any other services you ordered in addition to your publishing services order, such as any of our marketing services, is applicable.
We are unable to issue a refund if your materials have already been sent; this indicates that our staff has started working on your publication order.
Marketing Campaign
We offer partial refunds within seven days of receipt of purchase.

Non-Refundable Services
Print advertising services and stand-alone services (such as screenwriting, audiobooks, video creation, assisted writing, and translation services) are not refundable. We are unable to issue a refund if your materials have already been sent; this indicates that our staff has started working on your publication order.
Partial refunds for all eligible requests
Within seven days of the transaction, valid refund requests will be processed less a $150 setup fee, an annoyance fee, or 50% of the total amount paid, whichever is larger.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method if you are eligible for a partial refund. It may take up to 30 days for your account to show this credit or refund.
Why can you not request a refund after seven days?
It is a seven-day policy. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we are regretfully unable to provide you with a refund.
As soon as we receive your purchase, our staff will get to work working with you and our contractors, as well as processing payments for the resources needed to complete your service.
